Horses of the Misty Mountains
Since 2019, I've been following the lives of herds of free-living horses in the mountains of northern Spain and Italy. Horses are often my only neighbours when looking for quiet bush parks in the mountains.

Life on the Road
In 2012, I packed all my gear into an old van and set off to tour Europe with my dog. Nowadays I live full-time in a van, travelling the farthest bushes with my animal friends.

Island of Horses
I camped for six months on an island in Rovaniemi with a herd of free-living Finnish horses. The two summers and autumns spent on the island have been one of the most magical experiences of my life.

Photographing these series was an escape from reality, as if I were blowing a bubble around myself. I wanted my photos to create balance and harmony through nature, my biggest inspiration.
